Annual Dinner
The 2003 Annual Dinner took place at the Hilton Hotel, Victoria Quays on Saturday 22 February 2003.

Menu
Warm Mushroom and Onion Tartlet, with a roast garlic cream sauce
Roast Leg of Lamb, served with a rich red wine sauce, garnished with oyster mushrooms, smoked bacon and baby onions
Brandy Snap Basket, filled with a wild berry mouse with a red berry confit
Coffee and mints
Vegetarian main course: Baked Courgette with Stilton, sprinkled with parmesan and served on a spicy tomato sauce

Friday 21st 7.30pm - 9:00pm | Open ringing at St Marie's RC Cathedral followed by refreshments at the Hogshead, Orchard Square. |
Saturday 22nd | Open Ringing at:
10:00-10:45 Fairfield, Buxton (on A6, towards Manchester). 8 bells
11:30-12:15 Tideswell. 8 bells
LUNCH at The Anchor, Tideswell
2:30-3:30 Eyam. 6 bells
7pm for 7:30pm DINNER followed by a Ceilidh at the Hilton Hotel, Sheffield.

Sunday 23rd | Peals and quarter peals as interest dictates.
LUNCH at The Fat Cat pub.

The net profit is equivalent to £3.13 per paying guest (this includes the raffle profit which is usually not taken into account).
