Annual Dinner

The 2005 Annual Dinner will take place at the Hilton Hotel, Victoria Quays on Saturday 19 February 2005.

The 2004 Annual Dinner took place at the Hilton Hotel, Victoria Quays on Saturday 21 February 2004.

Guest Speakers:

The Dinner was followed by a Ceilidh with music provided by the University Ceilidh Society Band.

Menu
Char grilled Mediterranean Vegetable Terrine, served with a tomato, garlic and basil dressing
Pan Fried Pork Medallions, served with a sherry and pesto sauce
Lemon Tartlette, served with a tangy lime dressing
Coffee and Crisp Dinner Mints
Vegetarian main course: Filo Pastry Parcel, filled with artichokes, courgettes, mushrooms and served with a sweet garlic and tarragon cream sauce

Dinner Weekend Events

Friday 20th7.30pm - 9:00pm Open ringing at St Marie's RC Cathedral (25-0-4 in D) followed by refreshments at the Hogshead, Orchard Square.
Saturday 21stOpen Ringing at:
10:00-10:45 Whiston (8) St Mary Magdalene (14-1-22 in F)
11:00-11:45 Treeton (6) St Helen (Currently 5 due to lack of Tenor) (11-0-21 in G#)
12:00-1:45 LUNCH at The Station, 1 Station Road, Treeton
2:00-2:45 Handsworth (8) St Mary (12-0-2 in F#)
7pm for 7:30pm DINNER followed by a Ceilidh at the Hilton Hotel, Sheffield.
Sunday 22ndPeals and quarter peals as interest dictates.
Noon LUNCH at The Fat Cat pub.
