Annual Dinner Weekend
Friday 23 February - Sunday 25 February 2007.
7.30pm - 9:00pm Open ringing at St Marie's RC Cathedral (25-0-4 in D) followed by refreshments at The Museum (formerly, The Hogshead), Orchard Square.
Saturday - Dinner Day Tour
The dinner day tour will be held in Derbyshire. The schedule is:

Details/advice from tower correspondents:
- Darley Dale: there is plenty of parking space and there are toilets in the church hall which is adjacent to the church.
- Stanton-In-Peak: please could ringers not block the entrance to School Lane when parking.
Saturday - Dinner
7pm for 7:30pm at the Hilton Hotel, Sheffield.
The evening will include a presidential election (hopefully!), handbell ringing
(thanks to our Master, Jenny, for providing the bells) as well as speeches from
Fr. Desmond Sexton from St. Marie's RC Cathedral and our guest speaker Mr Ronald Warford, former President
of the Durham & Newcastle Diocesan Association of Church Bell Ringers.
After dinner entertainment will be provided by the University of Sheffield Ceilidh Society Band.
Mediterranean Vegetable Terrine served with a tomato, garlic and basil dressing
Roast Leg of Lamb served with a rich red wine sauce, garnished with oyster mushrooms, smoked bacon and baby onions.
Vegetarian main course: Wild mushroom and asparagus risotto
Creme Brulee Tartlet with a fruits of the forest compote
Coffee and crisp dinner mints
(all main courses are served with a selection of seasonal vegetables & potatoes)
If you are planning on staying at the Hilton discounted prices of £70 for a single room and £90 for a double are available for members. Please mention you are attending the Sheffield Universities Guild of Change Ringers Annual Dinner when booking.
Cheaper accommodation is also available at the Ibis Hotel, located across the road from the Hilton. All rooms are £48 per night.

Tickets are £33 for non-students and £30 for students. If you would like to order some tickets, print out this booking form and send it back to the address printed at the bottom of the form.

Please include a stamped, self addressed envelope with your ticket order. Ticket requests to be received by Monday 19 February 2007.
