Annual Dinner Weekend

The 56th annual dinner was held on Saturday 7 March 2015 at Tapton Hall, Sheffield.

 

Friday 6 March 2015

7:30pm-9pm: Sheffield, S Yorks, RC Cath Ch of S Marie, Hallam, 8, 25-0-4 (1272kg) in D
9pm: Drinks at The Three Tuns, Silver Street Head, S1 3GG. (This is the real ale pub opposite HSBC office, they have been pre warned we will be there)

10.00-10.45 Ecclesfield, S Yorks, S Mary V (S), 10, 14-1-22 (734kg) in E.(S35 9WE)
11.00-11.45 Wortley, S Yorks, S Leonard (T), 8, 12-0-17 (617kg) in G. (S35 7DB)
12.00-12.45 Bradfield, S Yorks, S Nicholas, 8, 11-1-0 (572kg) in F. (S6 6LH). There is a green/red light for the clock bell, green means its safe to ring. Suggested tower donation is 2 per rope.

1pm onward: Old Horns, High Bradfield. This is the pub next to the church, they have been prewarned to expect us, group booked under 'bellringers' and they have also taken my name (Gill Murray).

Cathedral speaker: Fr Christopher Posluszny, St Marie's
Ceilidh: University Ceilidh Society Band
Hand bells: Back by popular demand!
