Annual Dinner Weekend

The 58th annual dinner will be held on Saturday 25 February 2017 at Hotel Novotel Sheffield Centre.

The ticket will be similarly priced to the 2016 dinner and include an arrival glass of prosecco, and three course meal. Every guest will be able to select from a number of options per course at the time of ordering tickets.

The dinner evening will also incorporate the election of the new SUGCR President.

A booking form (pdf or doc) is available; the closing date for booking forms is 29 January 2017.

We have now moved to online ticket booking. This is a huge improvement: the process is simple and straight forward and allows us to have the money credited immediately to our account which helps with the costs of the weekend.
The booking process is in two parts:

  1. Complete the online booking to secure your tickets and make the payment by 29 January 2016.
  2. Complete the booking form to advise us of menu choices and seating preferences. This form should be sent to Gill Murray who is co-ordinating the guest list.
